Dominik Weh is a Frankfurt-based Partner in the Finance & Risk and Public Policy practices at Oliver Wyman. Dominik joined Oliver Wyman directly after graduating from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management and has since worked in-depth with major financial institutions, supervisors, and central banks in Europe to address a variety of issues, including optimizing their organization, governance, financial resource management, and risk management. In 2011, Dominik spent a year with the World Economic Forum as a secondee in Geneva and in New York, where he led a project on benefits and risks of financial innovations in the aftermath of the financial crisis and which resulted in the publication “Rethinking Financial Innovation: Reducing Negative Outcomes While Retaining the Benefits.”

Since 2016, Dominik has focused mainly on challenges arising as digitization and other macro trends reshape the financial services industry. During this time, Dominik collaborated in producing a number of reports published by Oliver Wyman, including “Risk Leadership – Changing the Paradigm: competency profiling in a banking industry susceptible to disruption", "Return on Risk Management,” and “Supervision Must Change to Bring Today’s New Risks into the Light.”

Dominik holds a master’s in business and economics from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management. He studied in Germany, Australia, and Canada.
