John sits on Oliver Wyman’s Executive Committee and has over 25 years of consulting experience advising leading private and public-sector institutions. Previously, John was Head of the Americas for the firm, and established Oliver Wyman’s Social Impact program across the region. John also served as the Chair of the firm’s Inclusion Council until 2018, is an author of Oliver Wyman’s annual “Women in Financial Services” Report, and is a proud ally and champion of LGBT issues. He is a board member of Safe Horizon (the largest victims’ services agency in the United States).

As CMO, Partha drives the firm's collective efforts to build brand equity and provides leadership to strategic and operational marketing activities across all business units and geographies. Partha also serves on Marsh & McLennan’s Global Communications Committee and represents Oliver Wyman on the MMC PAC Advisory Committee. He is an overseer of the Boston Symphony and one of the Global Board of Governors of Junior Achievement Worldwide. Partha is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and a Freeman of the City of London.

Doug is a Partner at Oliver Wyman in New York. He focuses on public policy and its implications for the financial sector, globally. Lately, his major focus has been on data ownership, usage rights, and privacy. In line with this interest, he co-leads the Oliver Wyman Forum’s Future of Data Initiative, which explores these issues broadly and works across the public and private sectors. He was one of the authors of the World Economic Forum’s paper on Appropriate Use of Customer Data in financial services. In Spring 2019, he was a part-time Visiting Scholar at the IMF assisting them in developing their global policy recommendations on data issues in the financial sector. Prior to joining the firm, he was a scholar at the Brookings Institution. The New York Times has described his analyses as “refreshingly understandable” and “without a hint of dogma or advocacy”. Doug graduated from Harvard College magna cum laude with an A.B. in sociology in 1981. In 1984, he graduated from Duke University with an M.A. in computer science.

A citrus farmer by upbringing, economist by training, and high-tech entrepreneur by background, Sam is a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Health and Life Sciences practice, and the San Francisco office leader. Sam also serves as Director of the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center Leaders Alliance.

Rupal is a Director in the Oliver Wyman Forum focused on bringing together influencers across the ecosystem of public and private sectors to together shape and co-create ideas and practically test solutions to shared global challenges. She also co-leads Oliver Wyman’s UK Social Impact team Her background is in Insurance strategy consulting, she also served as Chief Operating Officer of Oliver Wyman’s Insurance Practice across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Rupal has a passion for and expertise in Inclusion topics and equality, serves as a Trustee for national child bereavement charity, as a Director of a Women and Girls focused Charitable Foundation.

Ana is the Chief Knowledge Officer of the Oliver Wyman Group, the Chief Operating Officer of the Oliver Wyman Forum and a Co-leader of the New York office. She advises clients in areas of strategy, offer development, and new business start-ups. Ana’s work focuses on the opportunities, uncertainties, and challenges stemming from rapidly changing data and business landscapes. She regularly convenes senior leaders to explore these complicated issues. Ana also is passionate about education, mentoring, immigrant issues, and women’s advancement initiatives, and serves on multiple boards, including Upwardly Global and the Stamford Symphony Orchestra. She graduated from the University of Maryland and the Wharton School.

Mike directs board strategy, CEO dialogue, and C-suite forums across more than 30 organizations around the world. Mike has helped lead numerous industry studies, including the Food Marketing Institute’s work with Oliver Wyman in the food industry on emerging issues and the future of retail, the World Travel & Tourism Council’s Seamless Traveler Journey initiative, The Sourcing Industry Group and Oliver Wyman’s future of procurement project, and the National Association of Wholesaler’s intelligent distributor program in the wholesale industry.

Dominik Weh

Dominik focuses on challenges arising as digitization and other macro trends reshape the financial services industry. In 2011, Dominik spent a year with the World Economic Forum as a secondee in Geneva and in New York, where he led a project on benefits and risks of financial innovations in the aftermath of the financial crisis and which resulted in the publication “Rethinking Financial Innovation: Reducing Negative Outcomes While Retaining the Benefits.”
